After announcing his tour, stand-up comedian Samay Raina made his first public appearance where he greeted his fans and paparazzi. During his appearance, Samay was seen chit-chatting with paparazzi, who questioned him about his show India's Got Latent and whether it would return. This question got a confusing reply from the comedian.
On Tuesday, after announcing his comeback tour, Samay Raina made his first public appearance at the screening of the web series Hai Junoon in Mumbai. During his interaction with paparazzi, one questioned, "Bhai, show wapis kab aa raha hai? (Bro, when is the show coming back?)" Samay took a pause after this question and then replied, "Are woh toh..." and laughed out loud.

Before Samay could add any more to his comment, a friend of his pulled him away from the camera. As he walked off, Samay looked back and smiled at the cameraperson who asked the question.
Taking to his official Instagram handle, Samay dropped a video to announce his tour across Europe, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia. The black-and-white clip started by announcing his new tour, followed by glimpses of his successful shows in the US and Canada. His latest tour will commence in Köln on June 5 and conclude in Sydney on July 20.
The video begins with an audio clip, which says, "People who buy tickets to listen to all this stuff, they buy tickets and they go to these shows and they sit and listen and they clap for this, whatever this is. I don't know if these are even jokes." During his tour, the stand-up comic will be visiting the cities: Frankfurt, Berlin, Barcelona, Hamburg, Dublin, Zurich, Munich, Antwerp, Paris, Amsterdam, Glasgow, London, Manchester, Auckland, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth.
Samay also revealed that his upcoming tour will include jokes on the India's Got Latent controversy. He was largely quiet as the controversy unfolded in the country, with multiple FIRs and court dates. A note on his Instagram story along with the tour announcement, read, "The most testing time of my life makes for the best comedy. See you on the tour."
