Ranveer Allahbadia
It was just when people started forgetting the recent controversy surrounding Ranveer Allahbadia, but it looks like it's time for another one. Yet again, Ranveer has found himself in hot water after he shared his views on the rising tensions between India and Pakistan. In a now-deleted post, Ranveer Allahbadia apologized to the 'Pakistani brothers and sisters', which has yet again made him a target, and netizens are blasting him for his comment.
In the now-deleted post, Ranveer wrote a note to the citizens of Pakistan and shared, "Dear Pakistani Brothers & Sisters, I will get hate from many Indians for this, but it is important to be said. Just like many Indians, I don't have hate in my heart for you. Many of us want peace as well. Whenever we meet Pakistanis, you invariably welcome us with love."

Further in his note, he slammed the government of the neighbouring country and wrote, "But⦠your country is not run by a government. It is run by your military and your secret service (the ISI). The average Pakistani is VERY different from these two bodies. The average Pakistani has dreams of peace & prosperity in their hearts. These two villains have hurt your economy since independence. They have also constantly been responsible for terrorist attacks in India. Proofs in the next slideâ¦"
He, in his post, then gave proof of terrorism getting shelter in Pakistan and wrote, "Proof 1: All terrorists that have been caught over the years are originally from Pakistan. Proof 2: Your military leaders attended the state funeral held by Hafiz Abdur Rauf, brother of the Jaish-e-Mohammed chief. Proof 3: Your defence minister Khawaja Asif recently admitted to the state-sponsored terrorism on Sky News. But I care about YOU, not them. Dil se sorry agar lag raha hai ki hum nafrat faila rahe hain. The Indians who have met Pakistanis UNDERSTAND you. But both Indian & Pakistani media (news channels) are currently spreading lies. Most of our populations want peace for the innocents near the border. But India also wants to end Pak Military & ISI's state-sponsored terrorism."
He concluded the note and wrote, "Ek final cheez⦠This is not: Indian People vs Pakistani People. This is: India vs Pakistani Military & ISI. Hope peace prevails in the long term, Inshallah."
This long remark has gotten Ranveer at the centre of hate, and netizens are slamming him. One wrote, "I always believe everybody deserves a second chance... we did with this guy too... but #BeerBiceps #RanveerAllahbadia does not deserve any sympathy hereafter. Boycott his podcast."
"This guy does it again! How long can he hide his reality? It's time to question those who keep going to his show; it's a serious breach of fundamental ethics and patriotism, hence it should not be taken lightly at all," another user wrote.
A third user wrote, "BeerBiceps Ranveer Allahbadia asking 'sorry' in his deleted Instagram slide posts. This is disrespectful to the soldiers who were on the frontlines protecting our country."
"Ranveer Allahbadia is a classic case of a clueless, low-intelligence, cocooned rich kid whose heart bleeds with guilt for those who are on the weaker side," another slammed.
