Actress Kristen Stewart and screenwriter Dylan Meyer tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony on Easter Sunday. The couple celebrated their union with a close-knit gathering of friends and family after reportedly obtaining their marriage license the previous Tuesday.
Kristen and Dylan went public with their relationship on Instagram in October 2019 and got engaged in 2021. Stewart revealed in an interview on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show that Dylan, the daughter of Oscar-nominated screenwriter Nicholas Meyer, was the one who popped the question first.

"It's not a given that I would be the one, you know what I mean? Like, with two girls, you never know who’s going to fulfill what weird f****** gender role thing, and we don't do that or think about it in those terms," Kristen explained. "So I was like, 'Wait, well, I’m not the one for sure.' And then she just grabbed that bowl and made it happen. It was f***** so cute," she added, saying Dylan “knocked it out of the park” with the proposal.
In early 2022, Stewart shared her thoughts on wedding planning with Stephen Colbert, saying she wanted either a big celebration or a spontaneous ceremony. "We might just go do it this weekend, I don't know, and then, like, just hang out with everyone afterwards," she said. "I'm not a good planner. I can't make plans for dinner."
