The collective water stock in the seven reservoirs that supply drinking water to Mumbai is now at 98.44 per cent, as per the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) data shared on Monday, October 9.
As per the information shared by the civic body, the water level in Tansa is at 97.11 per cent.
"At Modak-Sagar, 92.58 per cent of water stock is available," stated the BMC informed.

"In Middle Vaitarna 98.69 per cent, Upper Vaitarna 100 pc, Bhatsa 99.16 per cent, Vihar 99.71 per cent and Tulsi 98.22 per cent of useful water level," the BMC data further informed.
The seven lakes have 14,24,804 million litre of water on October 9, against the full capacity, which is around 14,47,363 million litre.
On Sunday, October 8, the water level in the seven reservoirs was 98.71 per cent.
