Ekta Kapoor's Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi returns to the small screen

Producer Ekta Kapoor took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce that her hit show, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi that featured Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay as the leads is returning to the small screen.

Ekta posted a promo of the show and captioned the post, "Is promo ki ek jhalak dekh kar hi saari puraani yaadein tazaa ho gayi. Today, as I look back, I recall every memory, every moment that made this show a most loved one! Usi pyaar ke saath judiye is safar se dobaara. Budhvaar se, harr roz, shaam 5 baje, sirf StarPlus par."

The daily soap had aired from 3 July 2000 to 6 November 2008 on Star Plus.
