Cruise arrived in Korea on May 7 to kick off the promotional tour for the action-packed film. It marked his 12th visit to the country. This time, he wasn’t alone—joining him were director Christopher McQuarrie, and cast members Hayley Atwell, Simon Pegg, Pom Klementieff, and Greg Tarzan Davis.

Reportedly, Cruise shot solo for the show hosted by Jin.

About Mission: Impossible- The Final Reckoning

Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is scheduled for theatrical release on May 23. Before its official release, the film will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival. It will play Out of Competition on May 14, with Cruise, director McQuarrie, and the main cast expected to walk the iconic red carpet.

The film reunites Cruise with longtime collaborator McQuarrie, who co-wrote the screenplay with Erik Jendresen. Cruise stars alongside Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Henry Czerny, Mariela Garriga, and Angela Bassett.

In The Final Reckoning, Cruise’s character Ethan Hunt must face his most dangerous enemy yet: an AI known as “The Entity.” The film continues the plot from the previous installment, with Hunt now in possession of the key to defeating the Entity. But before he can destroy the technology, he must reunite his team to locate a sunken Russian submarine that holds the vital source code.

In India, Mission Impossible- The Final Reckoning will be released six days before its global release.
