Emphasising that India does not want war, he said the aim was to reply without targeting civilians or military areas. He blamed Pakistan for initiating the aggression and stressed the desire for peace, urging Pakistan to de-escalate. He also reassured citizens that there’s no need to panic, as schools remain open and the situation is under control despite the Srinagar airport closure.
