Sandia Furtado, who played the role of Nethra Reddy in the hockey-based movie — Chak De! India, got married to London-based Matteo Busa at St Anne's Church in Bandra on December 11.
It had a filmy twist to it as the couple took a ride around Bandra after the wedding in a custom-made autorickshaw.
The wedding was a mini reunion for the Chak De girls, apart from other guests from across the globe.
It is learnt that the couple threw a lunch party for the inhabitants of St Catherine of Siena School and Orphanage on December 9. The bride's family hosted a sangeet function at Tote On The Turf, Mahalakshmi on December 10.
