All four were found to be conducting reconnaissance for a future attack and have been arrested. They face charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Arms Act, Explosive Substances Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), and Maharashtra Police Act, the Gadchiroli Police said
