5 things to know about Kailash Mansarovar Yatra 2025

The online applications for the Yatra are open on the official website (kmy.gov.in) till May 13.

After a five-year hiatus, Kailash Mansoravar Yatra is set to resume this year. It will take place between June and August.

While 5 batches, each consisting of 50 yatris, will travel from the former route, 10 batches, each consisting of 50 yatris, will travel through the latter.

Only Indian citizens between the age of 18 and 70 with valid Indian passports and BMI less than 25 are eligible to apply.

There are two routes for the Yatra – through Lipulekh Pass in Uttarakhand and through Nathu La Pass in Sikkim.
