WCG rink hockey: Dhanraj strikes for Mumbai Raje

Former India hockey captain Dhanraj Pillay was among the goal scorers as Mumbai Raje beat Mumbai Port Authority 5-3 in a veterans league match of the 44th Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana (WCG) rink hockey tournament at Santacruz. Besides the mercurial Pillay, Girish Pimpale netted a brace, while Conroy Remedious and Hemanth Gethe scored a goal each for Mumbai Raje.

In the women's elite league match, SAI Blue beat Don Bosco Academy 2-0. Kavita and PG Dechamma were the scorers for SAI Blue.
