MYJ-GMSC were declared champions of the Mumbai Football Association-organised Premier League at the Neville D'Souza ground, Bandra, recently.

The league was previously known as the Elite Division. In their last league match, MYJ-GMSC were held to a 1-1 draw by Millat FC. Karthik Raju scored the opening goal for MYJ-GMSC before Duane D'Souza found the equaliser for Millat FC.
Led by Kamlesh Nadar, MYJ-GMSC played 15 matches in their debut season and remained unbeaten en route the title. The Vijith Shetty-coached outfit registered 13 wins and two draws throughout the season.
