Following the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian government has banned 16 Pakistani YouTube channels, including prominent names like Dawn News and ARY News. This action was taken on the advice of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The banned channels were accused of spreading false news and inflammatory content against India, its Army, and security forces. The attack, which occurred on 22nd April near the Baisaran meadow, shocked the nation. In response, Prime Minister Narendra Modi vowed strict action, promising that justice will be served. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is leading the investigation, while the Army remains on high alert. Protests have erupted across India, demanding firm action against Pakistan.
