Mumbai: Man allegedly kills wife, hides body inside bed in Goregaon

A shocking case of murder has surfaced in Mumbai's Goregaon area, where a man allegedly killed his wife and went absconding after hiding her body inside a box bed at their residence in Motilal Nagar, Goregaon West.

According to police sources, neighbours alerted authorities after a foul smell began emanating from the house. Despite an initial search, the body was not immediately found. However, upon inspecting the bed, police discovered the woman's body concealed inside.

Following the discovery, officials conducted a panchnama and sent the body to Siddharth Hospital for post-mortem examination. A case of murder has been registered against the husband, and a search operation is underway to locate him.
