We've found a wickedly twisted version of the flaky, layered biscuit that may make you order a creamy cappuccino to accompany it instead of the usual "cutting" glass of strong, milky tea. Khari "biskut" usually is flavoured with not much more than salt, and perhaps methi now and then.

This cheese-flavoured khari is an unusual variation, dare we say an addictive one. Don't let the neon-esque orange topping scare you - it's the same flavouring that one finds in other cheesy snacks such as tortilla chips.
The cheese flavour is distinctive but also not overly strong; it complements the puffy layers of the khari rather well. One might get tired of cheese flavouring on just about everything, but this one is a winner. Price: '240 per kg
