Telugu star Ram Charan unveiled his wax statue at the prestigious Madame Tussauds Museum in London. He was accompanied by his family members, including his wife Upasana Kamineni and parents Chiranjeevi and Surekha, for the unveiling ceremony of his statue. The statue also featured a replica of his pet dog, Rhyme.

A video from the unveiling ceremony shows Ram Charan walking towards his new statue. He was accompanied by Rhyme on the podium. The wax figure depicts Ram Charan seated on a couch with Rhyme lovingly nestled beside him. At the time of the unveiling, Ram Charan walked toward the statue and posed in a similar manner. He was joined by Rhyme, who appeared pleasantly surprised and curious upon seeing his own replica along with Ram Charan. The RRR star and Rhyme then recreated the pose.

The actor was last seen in the film Game Changer, directed by Shankar. The film underperformed at the box office and did not receive much critical appreciation. It also starred Kiara Advani. Charan will next be seen in the film Peddi. The teaser for the movie was unveiled last month.

The one-minute teaser shows Ram Charan walking into a dusty field as people cheer for him. He lights a beedi and says, "I have only one life to live, and I want to make the most of it."

Peddi is directed by Buchi Babu Sana and stars Janhvi Kapoor, Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar, and Jagapathi Babu in prominent roles. The film will also feature Mirzapur fame Divyenndu in a significant role. The makers had earlier unveiled the actor's first look from the movie. Peddi is produced by director Sukumar's home banner, Sukumar Writings, with music composed by Oscar-winning musician A.R. Rahman.

There were also reports of Ram Charan being in talks with filmmaker Nikhil Nagesh Bhat for an upcoming project, a mythological epic. A source quoted by Pinkvilla revealed that the actor-director duo has been discussing the big-scale project for nearly six months. "It's a big-budget, larger-than-life drama set against the backdrop of one of the most important characters of Indian mythology. The pre-visualisation is done, and the team is excited to collaborate with Ram Charan on the same," a source said.
