South Korean boy band BTS member J-hope hopped on a live session with the ARMY on Weverse to catch up with regards to life updates. He recently wrapped up the Thailand leg of his solo tour, Hope on the Stage, and is gearing up for his next stop, Macau. When one ARMY asked about his skincare routine, J-hope shared, "There's a lot of stuff to take care of, but I noticed that food plays a big part... every time I eat refined wheat flour, I've noticed breakouts. Also, I do makeup, right? So I always put a pack on afterwards to calm it down."

At one point, J-hope also showed his bruise on the leg, which was painful to watch for the ARMY. He also mentioned that with his hectic schedule and travel, he ends up catching a cold more often. The BTS rapper has also resorted to IV drip for better health.

BTS J-hope doesn't cry much anymore

Recently, J-hope sat down for a candid chat with Japanese mixed martial artist Yoshihiro Akiyama. Hobi spoke his heart out and opened up about his emotional state growing up, which would lead him to be in tears more often, and how it changed once he embraced his thirties. He said, "I cried a lot when I was young, but strangely, I've lost some of that since I'm in my thirties. But I think that's going to change…I think my emotional changes change as I live. Right now, I'm in a time where I don't cry much. I actually want to express more happy emotions. I think I prefer to smile more."

J-hope is set to bring his solo tour to Macau on May 17-18, Taiwan on May 24-25, and Japan on May 31 and June 1. He is the second member of BTS to return after his military service, following Jin, the eldest member of the group, who returned in June 2024.
