The 78th Cannes Film Festival, which will take place from May 13 to 24, will open with honours for Robert De Niro and Nicole Kidman and a special screening of Tom Cruise’s Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. Alia Bhatt & Shalini Passi will debut this year; Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Urvashi Rautela return. Neeraj Ghaywan’s Homebound, starring Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor, and Vishal Jethwa, will be screened in the Un Certain Regard, with Karan Johar and Adar Poonawalla attending.
