She turned executive producer for the web series 'Poacher'. She also co-produced the film Jigra in which she also played the titular role.

The actress launched her production house, Blue Butterfly Films, in July 2023. Her debut project as a producer was the film 'Do Patti', in which she also stars alongside Kajol. Sanon has expressed that stepping into production allows her to tell stories she truly believes in while exploring creative aspects beyond acting. She bagged another one for producing the documentary short film 'The Elephant Whisperers' under her banner Sikhya Entertainment.
