Navina Bole and Sajid Khan
Fresh allegations have emerged against filmmaker Sajid Khan, who was previously accused of inappropriate behavior during the #MeToo movement. Recently, TV actress Navina Bole accused the filmmaker of sexual harassment, claiming that he asked her to "take off her clothes." Bole is most popularly known for her role in the show Ishqbaaz.
Navina Bole spoke about facing casting couch experiences in the film industry during an interview with Subhajit Ghosh on his YouTube channel. She claimed that Khan invited her to his house and made inappropriate sexual demands. "There was a terrible, terrible man whom I would never want to meet again in my life called Sajid Khan. He came after so many of us after Gladrags and really pushed the envelope when it came to disrespecting women," she said.
She further mentioned that she met Khan during the casting of the film Heyy Babyy, which starred Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, and Fardeen Khan. "I was really excited when he called me, and then he literally said, âWhy don't you just take off your clothes and sit in your lingerie? I need to see how comfortable you are.' I am talking about 2004 to 2006 when I did Gladrags."

The actress also revealed that Sajid contacted her a year later while she was participating in Mrs. India. She recounted, "He had called me again and asked, âWhat do you do? You should come see me for a role.' And I said to myself, this guy must be hitting on so many women that he doesn't even remember he had already called me a year ago and behaved inappropriately."
Back in October 2018, during the MeToo movement, Khan was accused of sexual harassment by multiple women. Reportedly, actor Saloni Chopra accused Sajid Khan of sexual harassment during her time as his assistant on the film Housefull 2. Several other women, including Rachel White, Simran Suri, Marina Kuwar, Aahana Kumra, Dimple Paula, Sherlyn Chopra, and journalist Karishma Upadhyay, came forward with similar allegations. The accusations ranged from inappropriate comments to unsolicited advances.
Following the allegations and media scrutiny, Khan stepped down as the director of Housefull 4 in 2018. The Indian Film and Television Directors' Association (IFTDA) suspended him for one year. Despite these actions, Khan's return to the public eye - including his participation in Bigg Boss 16 - sparked controversy and reignited discussions about accountability in the entertainment industry.
