Shah Rukh Khan condemned the heinous act in Pahalgam
The country is mourning after a terror attack broke out in Pahalgam hill station in Jammu and Kashmir, killing over 25 tourists. The entire nation has come forward to condemn the horrific incident that happened in Kashmir. Several Bollywood actors have come forward to call out the heinous act of violence in the land that is named 'heaven on earth'. Now, Shah Rukh Khan has taken to his social media to extend condolences to the families who have suffered and also called the terror attack an 'inhumane' act.
Shah Rukh took to his social media and wrote, "Words fail to express the sadness and anger at the treachery and inhumane act of violence that has occurred in Pahalgam. In times like these, one can only turn to God and say a prayer for the families that suffered and express my deepest condolences. May we as a nation, stand united, strong, and get justice against this heinous act."

Several other actors also reacted to the news. Actor and filmmaker Farhan Akhtar wrote, "Deeply shocked and horrified by the brutal terrorist attack in Pahalgam. This senseless act of violence against innocent lives is absolutely inexcusable and must be condemned in the strongest possible terms. My heartfelt condolences go out to the families of those who lost their lives and I stand in solidarity with the people of Kashmir during this tragic time."
"Om Shanti. Condolences. Shocked and angry. No words to express the anguish. Prayers and strength to the victims. UNITE and realise the true enemy," wrote Raveena Tandon.
Actress Alia Bhatt also condemned the attack on fellow citizens. The actress had recently shot for her upcoming film Alpha in the valley along with co-star Sharvari.
A terror attack broke out in the Pahalgam hill station in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district on Tuesday. Over 20 tourists, including Indians and two foreigners, were shot dead by terrorists in the valley.
According to reports, two to three terrorists wearing army fatigues opened fire on horse-riding tourists in the Baisaran area around 2:30 p.m. Baisaran is a small meadow located 3 to 4 km from the Pahalgam market, and tourists typically ride horses to reach the spot as there is no motorable road.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier directed Union Home Minister Amit Shah to take all necessary measures. Shah confirmed that he had briefed the Prime Minister and would visit Srinagar to hold a high-level security review meeting.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh called the attack "highly reprehensible," while Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge urged the government to act decisively.
