As one of India's few female brewers, Megha takes immense pride in breaking stereotypes. "The brewing industry has traditionally been male-dominated, but times are changing," she said. "Craft beer is still in its early stages in India, and I'm thrilled to be part of a movement that is not only redefining beer culture but also inspiring more women to step into this field."
At Byg Brewski, Megha has had the chance to work with bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and experimental techniques. "From local ingredients to global influences, every brew tells a story," she explained. "Whether it's a smooth, easy-drinking lager or a complex, hop-forward IPA, my goal is always the same-to create beers that leave a lasting impression."
